Data Analyst – Wholesale Banking| Mumbai

To support the Wholesale Banking Portfolio Manager by delivering accurate, timely, and actionable data insights that enable effective portfolio monitoring, regulatory compliance, performance tracking and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering, organizing, and preparing data required for timely and accurate reporting to regulatory bodies (e.g., RBI) and auditors.
• Support internal compliance efforts by ensuring data accuracy and contributing to audit readiness.
• Help track key portfolio-related metrics such as documentation status, security coverage, and cash flows in alignment with sanction terms.
• Regularly update and maintain data to ensure portfolio health is accurately reflected for senior leadership reviews.
• Provide analytical support by collecting and analyzing data related to key business metrics such as Average Book Size, NII, Fee Income, Cost-to-Income Ratio, ROA, and liabilities.
• Assist in the creation and distribution of performance reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders, enabling timely decision-making.
• Work alongside IT, Credit, Operations, and CAT teams to identify data-related inefficiencies and propose solutions to improve processes.
• Offer data analysis and reporting support for various strategic initiatives and projects led by the Portfolio Manager.

Qualifications

Graduate/ MBA

Min Exp: 5 years

Max Exp: 7 years
