We are a team of dedicated engineers and creatives striving to develop the very best experiences for our customers. Our internal motto is 'Be Wow' — everything we do is fun, entertaining or surprising to encounter.

About You

You're a product marketer who has done the hands-on work — written the battle cards, built the one-pagers, drafted the outbound copy — not just managed the process. You've taken complex, technical products and translated them into language that moves buyers who aren't engineers. You're comfortable going deep on specs with a product team in the morning and shipping a polished sales enablement asset in the afternoon.

This is a builder role. You'll start as a team of one, owning positioning, messaging, and sales enablement end-to-end across a portfolio that spans research labs, schools, museums, attractions, and enterprise clients. If you're looking for a role where you set strategy and hand execution to a team, this isn't that — yet. What it is, is a rare opportunity to lay the foundation for a product marketing function at a company that makes things that genuinely stop people in their tracks.

What You'll Do and How You'll Have an Impact

  • Refine and expand our use cases and ICPs — research and HRI labs, K-12 and charter schools, museums and science centres, events and rentals, enterprise front-of-house — in close partnership with product and sales
  • Write and maintain the core positioning and messaging library: one-pagers, spec sheets, battle cards, objection-handling docs, and a master sales enablement document that stays current every time product or pricing changes
  • Build a visual asset library with the product team — images, video, and supporting materials — for use across marketing, sales, social media, and other channels
  • Draft copy for outbound sequences, landing pages, campaign assets, and discovery questions, working alongside sales and marketing operations; you write the first draft, not assign it
  • Own product launch coordination for the desktop line (Ami, Azi, Ameca Desktop) and future releases — messaging, timing, and ensuring sales is ready to sell on day one
  • Build simple, repeatable SOPs with the product team and other stakeholders for how positioning and enablement content gets created, reviewed, and shipped
  • Partner with product to confirm specs, surface discrepancies, and ensure accuracy before anything goes external; close the loop with sales on what's landing in the field and what isn't
  • Support case studies and reference materials with sales and customer success, drawing on customers including Brandenburg University, Altus Charter Schools, Dubai Museum of the Future, LEGO, and Bloomberg

What This Role Is Not

  • Day-to-day social media publishing and the brand content calendar — you shape the messaging and reference assets, but running the social accounts sits with others on the team
  • General brand or awareness campaigns not tied to a specific ICP or deal in motion — our marketing motion is sales-led right now, and this role is built to accelerate that motion, not run parallel brand marketing

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in product marketing at a company selling a complex, technical product — hardware, robotics, deep tech, or technical enterprise software all count
  • A work portfolio of assets you personally wrote: one-pagers, battle cards, case studies, or campaign copy — not managed or reviewed, but authored; we'll want to understand your specific role and process in creating them
  • A demonstrated ability to translate deep technical detail into language a non-technical buyer can act on
  • Comfortable working directly inside the tools — Figma, HubSpot, Apollo — not through an ops team, and willing to learn new ones as needed

Nice to Have

  • Experience as the entire product marketing function at an early-stage or venture-backed company, not one layer inside a larger team
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing, social robotics, embodied AI, or experience and entertainment technology markets
  • Experience marketing to research or academic buyers, K-12 or education buyers, or museum and attraction buyers
