Responsibilities:
- Planning, controlling, and managing the delivery of assigned projects in accordance with the agreed schedule, scope, and budget.
- Responsibility for project performance and maintaining project profitability.
- Preparing cost forecasts and customer invoicing plans on a monthly basis to support financial reporting and project progress tracking.
- Monitoring and managing project expenditures.
- Supervising and coordinating project risk management activities.
- Planning and allocating resources required for project execution.
- Supporting the preparation of tenders, bid evaluations, and subcontractor selection.
- Coordinating subcontractors and overseeing outsourced work.
- Negotiating and representing the company in discussions with clients.
- Preparing and maintaining project documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements across assigned projects.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management, including a track record of independently managed projects.
- Strong knowledge and practical application of project management methodologies; familiarity with FIDIC standards is an advantage.
- Strong decision-making, planning, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- High level of independence, accountability, and resilience under pressure.
- Results-oriented mindset and focus on achieving objectives.
- Experience managing industrial refrigeration projects and relevant construction/engineering certifications would be an advantage.
- Communicative level of English.
- Valid Category B driving license.
