Customer Solutions Architect

If finding complex technological solutions is your game, we've got the team for you. You're going to help us create seamless operations that result in efficiency for millions of customers.

In this role, you'll:

• Define and design end-to-end solution architectures that integrate data, applications and platforms, ensuring alignment with business strategy and policies.

• Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into clear architecture deliverables.

• Develop and maintain architectural artefacts, blueprints and standards aligned to governance, security, privacy and sustainability frameworks.

• Lead the evaluation and design of cloud-based data and integration solutions using scalable, automated and modern engineering patterns.

• Partner with developers, data scientists, analysts and engineers to implement architectures that optimise performance, quality and cost.

• Drive innovation by researching emerging technologies and shaping roadmaps, patterns and frameworks.

• Provide expert guidance across business and technical domains, advocating for solutions that deliver customer and organisational value.

• Represent the function in enterprise forums, contributing to cross-cluster alignment and technical assurance.

About you

• A holistic architect who owns the 'what’ with a strong understanding of the playbook for the 'how’.

• Extensive experience designing data and application architectures using modern cloud technologies.

• Strong technical expertise in data lake, data warehousing, data engineering, and data modelling.

• Proficient in complex cloud architecture patterns, primarily using Amazon Web Services.

• Strong experience applying Agile, DataOps, and DevOps principles.

• Proven ability to influence and engage both technical and non-technical audiences, aligning complex designs with strategic value.

• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience.
