Full description

Ziegler CAT has an opening for a Power Systems Operations Analyst who supports the organization through their involvement in Power Systems business strategies and projects. This person will be responsible for the analysis of business processes, gathering business requirements, managing the implementation of process changes, and reporting throughout the division.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes and improves business processes, in support of business strategies and projects
  • Leads, manages, coordinates, and reports on implementation projects
  • Own program-level metrics for Power Systems SGP and SGC, reporting as needed to OEM partners
  • Builds performance dashboards and translates data into insights that guide program decisions and outcomes
  • Develops and implements policies, procedures, and standards, and ensures their conformance with industry standards and division and company objectives
  • Works in a cooperative manner with peers, project team and superiors
  • Provides support to the entire Power Systems division when and where it is needed
  • Creates standardized processes and  procedures where appropriate for the department
  • When appropriate, recommends the procurement and upgrade of business software and services consistent with the company’s needs
  • Assist with documenting and maintaining accuracy within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database
  • Provide day-to-day sales, operational and administrative support for the Ziegler Power Systems
  • Pull reports from ERP and CRM to create sales dashboards for management and sales representatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 4+ years of related work experience
  • Experience within the Power Systems industry
  • Power BI expertise
  • Strong Microsoft Office expertise
  • Ability to compile data, analyze it and share the analysis in a meaningful manner
  • Thrives in a fast-paced work environment

The pay range for this position is

$71,400.00 to $89,250.00Starting wage is dependent on skills, experience, education and location. Pay range may vary by 10% depending upon the applicant’s location. Along with competitive pay, full time positions are benefits eligible which includes:
