Role Overview
We are seeking a Production Data Analyst to join KEBE Group nd support the analysis, development and continuous improvement of production data solutions across our manufacturing operations.
The successful candidate will collect, process and analyse production data, transforming it into reliable information and actionable insights that support production performance, operational decision-making and continuous improvement. The role will also contribute to developing dashboards, reporting solutions, automated data processes, and integrations across production systems.
SCADA systems are central to this position. The Production Data Analyst will actively develop, configure, and support SCADA applications, screens, scripts, data points, and reports, ensuring effective data flow between SCADA, databases, and other manufacturing systems.
This role is ideal for a technically strong, analytical professional who combines production data analysis, programming, and database knowledge with hands-on SCADA experience and is motivated to contribute to the continued digitalisation of industrial operations.
Core Responsibilities
- Analyse production data from SCADA and other manufacturing systems to identify trends, anomalies, performance issues and improvement opportunities, providing reliable insights that support operational decision-making.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and visualisations that make production information clear, accessible and useful to operational and technical teams.
- Monitor the quality and availability of production data, identify inconsistencies or collection gaps, and work with relevant teams to investigate and resolve underlying issues.
- Develop, configure and support SCADA applications, including screens, scripts, data points and reports, in line with production and operational requirements.
- Develop scripts and practical automation solutions that improve the efficiency of production data collection, processing and reporting.
- Support the reliable flow and integration of data between SCADA, databases and other production systems, helping strengthen the overall production data environment.
- Collaborate with Production, Automation, Engineering and IT teams on data, SCADA and production digitalisation initiatives, contributing technical insight, documentation and continuous improvement ideas.
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with SCADA, production data or industrial systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Good working knowledge of SQL and databases.
- An analytical mindset and confidence working with data to identify issues, trends and improvement opportunities.
- Some programming or scripting experience, ideally with Python, JavaScript or similar technologies.
- A strong interest in developing further in SCADA, production analytics and industrial digitalisation, combined with a collaborative and problem-solving approach.
