Accountabilities: As a Senior Software Engineer, you will contribute to the development, optimization, and evolution of enterprise SaaS solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using the .NET ecosystem and modern frontend technologies.

• Building backend services and application features using C# or VB.NET while ensuring reliability, security, and maintainability.

• Developing frontend solutions with Angular and creating responsive, efficient user experiences.

• Writing optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and improving database performance.

• Troubleshooting production issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing long-term solutions.

• Participating in architecture discussions, technical planning, and solution design activities.

• Creating and maintaining unit and integration tests to support a quality-focused development approach.

• Collaborating with engineering, product, and other stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Applying software engineering best practices related to code quality, performance, automation, and maintainability.

• Leveraging AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Claude Code to improve productivity and delivery quality.

• Contributing to continuous improvements in engineering processes, technical standards, and application performance.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a senior software engineer with strong full-stack development experience, solid architectural knowledge, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. Required qualifications include:

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.

• Strong experience developing applications with C# or VB.NET.

• Solid experience building modern web applications and full-stack solutions.

• Experience with Angular or similar frontend frameworks.

• Strong SQL skills, including relational databases, stored procedures, indexing, and query optimization.

• Experience troubleshooting, debugging, and improving application performance.

• Experience writing unit and integration tests.

• Strong understanding of software architecture and application design principles.

• Experience working in Agile engineering teams and collaborative development environments.

• Comfortable adopting AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering workflows.

• Basic understanding of AI development concepts such as LLMs, MCP, and RAG.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.

• Strong English communication skills.

Nice-to-have qualifications include:

• Experience with jQuery, WebForms, or traditional server-rendered architectures.

• Experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, or SES.

• Familiarity with GraphQL.

• Experience with AI coding agents or AI-powered engineering workflows.

• Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS.

• Experience working with enterprise SaaS products and large-scale systems.
