Job Description:
At ENH iSecure, you will be working with leading edge technologies and solving complex IT and business challenges. You will be responsible to work closely with Business and Technology teams, leading the understanding and successful implementation of the technology solutions to business requirements, designers and testers while being the SPOC to clients and senior management at ENH iSecure.
- Perform
project management, business analyst roles for all cybersecurity projects (Product neutral) at ENH iSecure.
- Responsible
for project initiation, AS-IS TO-BE documentation, requirement analysis completely.
- Responsible
for co-ordination with technology teams for design, development, infrastructure deployments, testing and production go live; during this phase, the client engagement/stakeholder management for driving the projects is also mandatory.
- Serve as a
liaison between the clients and developers to ensure that all business and technical requirements are identified, validated, and traced; ensuring to follow all OEM recommended best practices.
- Assist in
the collection of data element requirements and identification of data relationships.
- Facilitate
joint application review/design sessions (JAD) with clients & technical teams.
- Responsible
in capturing and reporting project measurements, actions, risks, and issues to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Responsible
for optimizing milestone management in fixed bill projects, resource optimization in T&M projects, full utilization in all support projects.
- Co-ordination
with internal finance in ensuring accurate billing from time to time.
- Create a
trusting working relationship with the project team, business lead and clients.
- Participate
in and support the SDLC process, including project planning, execution, communication, and post-project activities.
- Communicate
with delivery leader; ensure complete SWOT analysis on all projects time to time; initiative-taking risk identification (Individually) and risk mitigation with the help of leadership and teams.
- Create
project-related updates, documentation and presentations using tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Strong

- Understanding
of enterprise software; understanding of organizational process in using these
- Good
experience in PM + BA activities; documentation.
- Comprehensive
experience with all phases of Software Development Life Cycle.
- Exceptionally
good in people handling Diligent, Precise, Initiative-taking, Analytical; must have handled at least few technical teams as reporting manager.
- Experience
of software delivery management.
- Experience
working with international customers globally.
- Extensive
exp with PM tools.
- Experience
in creating all project related documentation (Functional/Non-Functional, Testing etc.).
- Experience
in ensuring all technical documentation delivery related to the projects.
- Stakeholder
Management.
- Working
level knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, MS projects and other productivity tools.
- Excellent
verbal and Communication skills.
- Identity
and Access Management (IAM) domain exposure.
Education:
MBA ITBM or MBA IT systems candidates are eligible. MBA - HR/Marketing/Finance etc. candidates are not eligible.
Must be an Engineering graduate from ECE/EEE/IT/CSE only!
Qualifications:
Must have skills:
software’s for enabling functional purposes, respectively.
Good to have skills:
Previous exp handling Cybersecurity projects.
Good Understanding of COBIT standards.
Certifications:
Preferred to have any one of the following certifications to consider for the role - PMP, CISA, CISM
