About Flutter Functions:

The Flutter Functions division is a key component of Flutter Entertainment, responsible for providing essential support and services across the organization. The division encompasses various corporate functions, including finance, legal, human resources, technology, and more, ensuring seamless operations and strategic alignment throughout the company

Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Human Resources Operations Partner to join our team! As a HR Operations Partner, you will be responsible for supporting our HR department in the development and execution of HR strategy and objectives, set up company policies, maintain updated employee records and ensure that the organization is in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:  

  • Ability to create, implement, support, and review HR department initiatives, procedures, systems, and policies.
  • Ensures compliance with local labor regulations.
  • Ensures that all internal policies and internal rules are continuously updated according to the company's human resources policies and legal requirements; provide guidance, notification and communication to employees and managers when necessary.
  • Ensures the accuracy of employee data in the HR systems for weekly, monthly or on-demand reporting.
  • Drafting reports on employees and employment data, useful HR metrics, employee turnover rates.
  • Successfully delivers HR projects critical to the company.
  • Collaborate with other functional areas like Legal unit and other stakeholders as well as with external collaborators (external consultants, external health and insurance service providers, etc.).
  • Provides expert information on labour law, HR policies and practices and support to all employees and team managers regarding HR processes and their correct implementation.
  • Responsible for internal/external audits; partner with HR and business teams to implement recommendations, remediation, and action plans resulting from audits.
  • If necessary, handles the preparation of all legal documents required for hiring, changes or contract termination.
  • In charge of filling in and submitting the General Record of Employees and also in charge of managing and archiving personnel files.
  • Participates in the automation and update of internal softwares so as to streamline internal procedures, works with HR team members and provides support in the implementation of strategic HR programs.
  • Responding to employees’ queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Skills, Capabilities & Experience Required:

  • Solid understanding of local labor legislation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced level of English skills
  • Good problem-solving abilities
  • A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar HR role.
  • Certified human resources specialist with a certificate from an HR certification institute
  • Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and recordkeeping.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to see and anticipate the complexities of procedures and regulations.
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse teams across various departments, fostering an environment of open communication and shared goals to achieve collective success
  • Demonstrates a strong focus on achieving high-quality outcomes, consistently pushing for greater efficiency and performance
  • Committed to being a reliable and supportive team member, fostering trust and collaboration.
  • Ability to make informed and confident decisions while bringing your own perspectives to the table.
