Description:
- Act as subject matter expert, project lead, and main point of contact for internal and external project coordination
- Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget
- Develop and maintain internal project plans, including estimates, timelines, and objectives (experience with workfront is a plus)
- Act as an expert communicator and coordinator of internal resources and third-party vendors to promote flawless execution
- Communicates the project status, requirements, and structure across the Project Management team and all necessary departments.
- Define potential problems and suggest alternatives based upon cost implications, time constraints, and customer quality standards.
- Manages day-to-day progress of projects including risk assessment and problem resolution.
- Schedule and attend project planning meetings as needed; serves as subject matter expert regarding workflow, processes, capacity, timelines, etc.
- Working with Accounts Receivable, manages customer billing. Issues invoices, investigates billing issues and resolves discrepancies.
- Assists with the implementation of workflow management and reporting tools focusing on quality, profitability, efficiency, and productivity
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or combination of experience and education to perform the above requirements
- 5+ years of previous project management experience
- Strong understanding of print and visual media
- Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills.
