The Product Analyst: Strategic Partnerships is responsible for enabling the successfulexecution and optimisation of strategic partnerships by translating data into actionable insights, supporting partner performance management, and ensuring alignment between partnerships, loyalty (Better Rewards), and broader commercial objectives. The role acts as a critical bridge between analytics, commercial strategy, and partnership execution, ensuring that partnership initiatives deliver measurable customer and business value.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

  • Solid experience in partnerships or Product Management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in partnerships, loyalty, or ecosystem strategy
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and backlog management tools (Jira, Miro)
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance innovation and execution

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

  • Support the development and execution of the strategic roadmap for partnership-led initiatives and integrations
  • Translate business goals and partner opportunities into actionable insights, reporting, and optimisation recommendations
  • Support prioritisation of partnership initiatives through performance analysis and commercial insight
  • Assist in identifying and onboarding partners across health, wellness, retail, and digital verticals
  • Develop and maintain frameworks for partner performance tracking and lifecycle management

  • Using data and insights to continuously improve partnership outcomes.
