We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer III to design, implement, optimize, and support a complex global enterprise network infrastructure. This role will be responsible for maintaining high availability, security, and performance across a multinational environment spanning the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Europe, and Australia.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Cisco networking technologies, SD-WAN, and advanced routing and switching, with experience supporting large-scale global WAN and LAN environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and assist in architecting secure networks
* Design, implement, and support enterprise-wide network infrastructure across global locations.
* Manage and optimize SD-WAN deployments to improve connectivity, performance, and resiliency.
* Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain advanced routing and switching environments.
* Administer and support Cisco-based network technologies and architectures.
* Ensure high availability and operational stability of global WAN, LAN, and internet connectivity.
* Lead network upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
* Monitor network performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization.
* Collaborate with security, infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to support business initiatives.
* Develop and maintain network documentation, diagrams, standards, and operational procedures.
* Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and problem management activities.
* Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior network engineers.
* Coordinate with global teams and third-party providers to support international network operations.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
* 5+ years of enterprise network engineering experience.
* Strong hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies.
* Expertise in SD-WAN design, implementation, and support.
* Advanced knowledge of:
* BGP
* OSPF
* EIGRP
* MPLS
* VLANs
* STP
* HSRP/VRRP
* QoS
* NAT
* Extensive experience with enterprise routing and switching platforms.
* Strong troubleshooting skills across LAN, WAN, and internet environments.
* Experience supporting geographically distributed global networks.
Preferred Qualifications
* Cisco certifications such as CCNP Enterprise or CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure.
* Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
* Knowledge of network security technologies including firewalls, VPNs, and segmentation.
* Experience with network monitoring and automation tools.
* Exposure to large-scale multinational network environments.
