What you'll do
- Own the Daily Banking product strategy, customer value proposition and roadmap across accounts, payments, cash management and ecosystem integrations, driving growth, engagement and primary banking relationships.
- Lead product innovation across onboarding, payments and in-life servicing, partnering with technology and delivery teams to improve customer experiences and funnel conversion through digitalisation, automation and self-service.
- Manage portfolio and funnel performances, using customer insights and data to optimise deposits, transaction volumes, customer adoption, retention and commercial outcomes.
- Embed AI and data-driven decision making into product development, identifying opportunities to improve customer experience, operational efficiency and delivery outcomes.
- Manage the end-to-end product journey, including application, operational processes and in-life processes
- Influence senior stakeholders across the business while balancing customer experience, commercial priorities and risk requirements, including KYC/AML, fraud and regulatory obligations.
What we're looking for

- 5+ years proven success defining and executing product strategies that deliver customer growth, funnel conversion optimisation, engagement, adoption and commercial performance.
- Experience in designing and optimising end-to-end product processes.
- Exceptional product leadership experience across the end-to-end lifecycle, working closely with agile delivery and technology teams to bring customer-led solutions to market.
