What Will You Be Doing?

The Senior Digital Product Manager is responsible for defining product strategy, shaping roadmap investment decisions, and delivering high-impact digital experiences across FlyFrontier.com, mobile applications, kiosks, customer communications, and emerging channels.

The Senior Digital Product Manager owns complex product domains with significant customer experience, operational, and revenue impact. Working across Product, Engineering, UX, Analytics, Marketing, Operations, and Executive Leadership, this position identifies opportunities, develops product strategies, and delivers measurable business outcomes while helping advance product management practices across the organization.

Essential Functions

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Define and maintain long-term product strategies and roadmaps for assigned digital product domains.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and revenue performance.
  • Develop business cases, investment recommendations, and strategic proposals for executive review.
  • Align product initiatives with corporate priorities and digital transformation objectives.
  • Evaluate market trends, customer insights, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies to inform product direction.
  • Identify, define, and prioritize customer and business problems that create the greatest opportunity for strategic impact.

Product Portfolio Ownership

  • Own end-to-end strategy and performance for complex product domains spanning multiple customer touchpoints.
  • Accountable for business, customer, and operational outcomes within assigned product domains.
  • Lead prioritization of customer-facing enhancements, platform investments, technical improvements, and innovation opportunities.
  • Balance customer needs, business value, technical feasibility, and resource constraints when making roadmap decisions.
  • Establish success metrics and accountability for product outcomes.

Cross‑Functional Leadership & Influence

  • Lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple business units and technology teams.
  • Build alignment among stakeholders with competing priorities and objectives.
  • Influence organizational decisions through data-driven recommendations and executive-level communication.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on digital product opportunities and risks.

Product Delivery Excellence

  • Partner with engineering, UX, and delivery teams to ensure successful execution of product initiatives.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and understand technical tradeoffs associated with modern digital platforms.
  • Lead product discovery efforts by leveraging customer research, journey analysis, experimentation, and quantitative insights to validate opportunities and reduce delivery risk.
  • Ensure requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics are well-defined.
  • Guide Agile planning, prioritization, and execution activities to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and customer outcomes.

Data, Analytics & Optimization

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators for assigned product domains.
  • Use analytics, experimentation, customer feedback, and operational data to identify opportunities and validate outcomes.
  • Lead A/B testing and optimization strategies to improve digital performance.
  • Present business results, recommendations, and roadmap updates to senior leadership.

Product Leadership & Mentorship

  • Mentor Product Managers and Product Owners on product strategy, prioritization, stakeholder management, and execution
  • Champion product management best practices and continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Support talent development, onboarding, and capability-building efforts within the Product organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 10+ years of digital product management experience.
  • Demonstrated success owning complex digital products, platforms, or customer experiences.
  • Experience developing product strategies and roadmaps that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies.
  • Experience influencing senior leaders and driving cross-functional alignment.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously and with autonomy
  • Experience utilizing analytics, experimentation, customer research, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Travel, ecommerce, hospitality, airline, or consumer digital experience preferred.
  • CSPO, Pragmatic, SAFe Product Manager/Product Owner, or similar certification preferred.

  • Expert knowledge of product management principles, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority across all organizational levels.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of customer experience design and digital product optimization.
  • Experience with experimentation platforms, analytics tools, and customer feedback programs.
  • Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and product operating models.
  • Ability to translate complex business challenges into scalable digital solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and ambiguity.

Salary Range: $100,104 - $132,870 - Please note: this role will close on or before 10/31/26.
