Job Description
Lead Product Innovation That Shapes the Future
Build the vision. Drive the strategy. Deliver the impact.
At U.S. Bank, we believe great products transform experiences, empower businesses, and create lasting value. We're seeking an accomplished Product Strategy & Delivery Manager to lead a team of Product Managers and Product Owners responsible for defining and delivering the future of our WCIBO Digital Product Portfolio.
This is more than a leadership role. It's an opportunity to influence enterprise product strategy, guide a growing platform ecosystem, and lead the teams building solutions that drive meaningful outcomes for our clients and employees. If you're passionate about creating customer-centric products, aligning strategy with execution, and leading high-performing teams through complex challenges, this is your chance to make a significant impact.
Why Product Leaders Are Excited About This Opportunity
As a Product Strategy & Delivery Manager, you'll have the rare opportunity to:
🚀 Own strategy at scale by shaping product vision, roadmap priorities, and investment decisions for an enterprise platform.
🎯 Lead end-to-end product delivery from discovery and prioritization through launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
🤝 Partner with senior leaders across business and technology to influence decisions, align priorities, and deliver measurable value.
💡 Solve complex customer and business challenges while driving innovation, user experience enhancements, and platform growth.
📈 Build and develop a high-performing product organization, coaching Product Managers and Product Owners to elevate product practices and outcomes.
What You'll Do
You'll serve as the strategic connection between business objectives, user needs, and technology capabilities.
Product Leadership & Strategy
- Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers and Product Owners responsible for delivering platform capabilities that create business value.
- Define and evolve product strategies, roadmaps, and priorities aligned with organizational goals and customer needs.
- Drive outcome-focused decision making using customer insights, operational data, and market opportunities.
- Advocate for product excellence, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Product Delivery & Execution
- Guide products through their full lifecycle, from discovery and business case development to implementation and adoption.
- Partner closely with Technology, Business Analysis, Operations, and User Adoption teams to ensure successful delivery and customer outcomes.
- Translate strategic goals into actionable priorities and clear execution plans.
- Manage competing demands, navigate ambiguity, and proactively resolve risks that could impact delivery.
Customer & Business Impact
- Champion user-centered thinking and ensure products deliver intuitive, scalable, and meaningful experiences.
- Balance user needs, business objectives, and technical considerations to maximize value.
- Measure success through adoption, operational efficiency, business outcomes, and customer satisfaction.
What Success Looks Like
You excel at connecting vision to execution. You're equally comfortable discussing long-term product strategy with executives as you are partnering with delivery teams to solve critical challenges. You thrive in fast-moving environments, influence without authority, and consistently turn complex business needs into impactful product solutions.
Most importantly, you're passionate about building products that matter and developing teams that deliver exceptional results.
