As a Data Engineer - Manager - Analytics - Operate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outsourced solutions that streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency for our clients. Within our Managed Services practice, you will focus on transitioning and running services, managing delivery teams, and optimizing processes to provide exceptional service. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards, motivating and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.

- Leading the transition and management of outsourced services to streamline client operations - Overseeing delivery teams to enhance service quality and efficiency - Implementing project management techniques to optimize process performance and reduce costs - Utilizing automation frameworks to improve business process efficiency and service delivery - Analyzing system components to identify interactions and optimize managed services - Developing and executing strategic plans for continuous process improvement - Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and meet client expectations - Managing budgets and timelines to achieve successful project outcomes - Engaging with stakeholders to address conflicts and facilitate effective communication - Upholding professional and technical standards in all deliverables and interactions

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 4 years of experience ETL , IBM Datastage , Advanced SQL , Power BI - Oral and written proficiency in English required
