We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to own and optimise our Salesforce platform. Acting as both the System Administrator and Product Owner, you will ensure Salesforce continues to support best-practice operations across the business while driving operational efficiency, data integrity and continuous improvement. Partnering with stakeholders across the organisation, you’ll play a key role in delivering scalable solutions that create a seamless experience for both our people and our customers.
On a daily basis you will:
- Act as the primary Salesforce Administrator, managing users, licences, roles, profiles and permissions to ensure effective and secure system access
- Create and maintain dashboards, reporting and insights to support business decision making
- Manage Salesforce platform performance, including upgrades, automations, workflows, integrations and issue resolution
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise processes, enhance user experience and improve operational efficiency
- Maintain data integrity across Salesforce and alignment with core business systems
- Lead Salesforce projects, enhancements and releases, including sandbox management, testing and user acceptance activities
- Act as the Salesforce Product Owner, managing the enhancement roadmap and prioritising initiatives based on business needs
- Partner with internal stakeholders and offshore Salesforce developers to deliver solutions, maintain documentation and provide ongoing system support
Your skills and attributes:
- 2+ years’ experience as a Salesforce Administrator, ideally supporting multiple business functions
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Business, Commerce or a related discipline are highly regarded
- Demonstrated experience configuring users, permission sets, Flows, reporting and dashboards within Salesforce
- Experience managing system integrations and maintaining high levels of data integrity across business systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and drive business improvements
- Experience managing external vendors or offshore development partners is highly regarded
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the business
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and delivering exceptional customer outcomes
