PROJECT MANAGER

THE ROLE
ECHELON is looking for an experienced Project Manager with 3+ years of experience to manage the full project lifecycle for major projects for the company, from project definition through implementation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering projects while managing scope, cost, schedule, quality, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Manage the entire project lifecycle, from project definition through implementation
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and milestones.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed-upon scope, cost, schedule, and quality requirements.
- Drive project milestones and provide day-to-day direction to project resources.
- Establish and maintain an effective communication plan for project teams and key stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate effective communication across teams.
- Lead and implement change management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify risks, issues, dependencies, and potential roadblocks, and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, budgets, and other required deliverables.
- Apply strong judgment, leadership, decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills to complex project situations.
- Support process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to improve project efficiency and outcomes.

Success is measured by a track record of successful projects, strong collaboration and ability to work well with others, excelling at change management in during periods of rapid growth, continuous process improvement, and showcasing strong leadership and communication skills.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of project management experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- PMP certification required
- Proven track record of successful project delivery
- Strong experience with change management
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience scaling a high-growth consumer brand. Sense of humor. Familiarity with fitness, wellness, & the military/veteran communities.
