Provides entry-level analytical and operational support for business performance management, portal performance, customer experience, and user engagement by maintaining KPI data, preparing routine reports, supporting dashboard updates, monitoring data quality, assisting with portal testing and deployment activities, and supporting continuous improvement tracking using established tools, processes, and procedures. Supports portal deployment and necessary AI integrations deployment efforts through documentation, coordination, and issue tracking while collaborating with team members to share updates and escalate issues, findings, risks, or discrepancies as needed.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Business Performance Framework, Data Analysis & Insights
- Support implementation of Business Performance Framework activities by following established guidelines and processes.
- Assist with maintaining regional KPIs, scorecards, and KPI data using defined templates and tools.
- Support analysis of customer behavior, portal usage data, and user engagement by following defined analysis steps and templates.
- Collect and review standard business, performance, and portal data to identify basic trends, observations, or variances.
- Escalate findings, data discrepancies, risks, questions, or improvement opportunities to more experienced team members.
Reporting, Visualization & Performance Monitoring
- Help monitor portal transactions, volume, completion, turnaround times, backlog metrics, and assigned world-area process and system indicators.
- Support creation and maintenance of dashboards and reports, including Power BI, using established templates.
- Perform routine data validation, checks, and reporting activities to ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness.
- Prepare routine performance summaries and updates for internal use and team meetings.
Continuous Improvement, Quality Assurance & Change Support
- Assist in tracking improvement initiatives and documenting performance impact using standard tools.
- Perform routine portal testing and checks using defined scripts to support content accuracy, consistency, and basic functionality.
- Document defects or issues and escalate findings through standard reporting channels.
- Maintain accurate ERP/CRM data by performing routine updates and checks.
Stakeholder Engagement, User Support, Feedback & Deployment Support
- Share basic performance updates and information with immediate team members and stakeholders while building working relationships to support data collection and reporting.
- Assist with handling customer inquiries and feedback by logging requests, following scripts, and routing issues appropriately.
- Support collection and organization of digital experience feedback, including survey responses and usage data.
- Support enterprise portal deployment activities and PunchOut catalog deployment through data preparation, documentation updates, and coordination tasks.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree and no previous professional experience
- +1 year of experience working with Copilot, Power Automate, and workflow automation tools.
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills
- Advanced English is required
