Full description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Cybersecurity Program Support Specialist to support the delivery of a strategic, organization-wide cybersecurity program.

In this role, you will provide the operational backbone for the cybersecurity program, coordinating planning, governance, reporting, financial tracking, communications, and stakeholder engagement across multiple workstreams. You will help translate strategic objectives into coordinated action, ensuring clear accountability, reliable program information, and effective collaboration across cybersecurity, IT, business, and leadership teams.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES 🚀:

  • Create and maintain the integrated program plan, tracking milestones, deliverables, resources, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate planning and status cycles with project and workstream leads, following up on actions and overdue items.
  • Maintain program risk, issue, action, decision, dependency, and change registers.
  • Prepare status reports, dashboards, management information, and steering committee materials.
  • Coordinate governance meetings, workshops, and steering committees, including agendas, minutes, and action tracking.
  • Support program financial management, including budgets, forecasts, invoices, accruals, and actuals.
  • Maintain program documentation, collaboration spaces, stakeholder information, and access controls.
  • Support business cases, roadmaps, project documentation, and resource planning.
  • Coordinate cybersecurity communications, awareness campaigns, workshops, and engagement activities.
  • Track program delivery, awareness, adoption, and stakeholder engagement indicators.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity, IT, communications, change, finance, and business stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve program processes, reporting, and collaboration.

SKILLS 🤹:

  • Experience supporting a program office, transformation initiative, or portfolio of projects.
  • Experience with program planning, governance, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Strong stakeholder management, organization, communication, and follow-up skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project or similar planning tools.
  • Experience with SharePoint or similar collaboration/document-management platforms.
  • Experience with risk, issue, dependency, and change management.
  • Experience supporting budget planning, forecasting, or financial coordination.
  • Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, or traditional project delivery methods.
  • Ability to work with enterprise portfolio, reporting, financial, and workflow tools.
  • Exposure to cybersecurity, IT, organizational change, or security awareness programs.
  • Fluent English is a must.

SCHEDULE 🕘:

  • 08h-17h from Monday to Friday (flexible)
  • 4 days by remote | 1 day on-site.
