Job Posting: Project Control Manager

Experience The EMBREY Way by joining our dynamic team as a Project Control Manager.

The Project Control Manager supports consistent and effective construction operations through project controls, performance reporting, process implementation, and continuous improvement. This role monitors project and portfolio performance, identifies trends and potential risks, provides insights and recommendations to construction leadership, and supports the implementation of company initiatives through standardized tools, processes, communications, training, and progress tracking.

  • Partner with project teams to support adoption of company standards, processes, and project controls.
  • Coordinate with Construction, HR-Training, Accounting, Technology, and Project Administration to support construction operations and maintain alignment across functions.
  • Support execution of department priorities by developing implementation plans, tracking milestones, and reporting progress to construction leadership.
  • Coordinate implementation of company initiatives by developing tools, communications, training materials, and adoption tracking.
  • Monitor key project performance indicators related to safety, quality, schedule, cost, and development partner satisfaction; identify trends and escalate risks to construction leadership.
  • Maintain and improve construction templates, tools, reports, and project control resources in alignment with established company standards.
  • Support construction leadership by maintaining action plans, preparing performance updates, and tracking follow-through on key initiatives.
  • Maintain project staffing and resource reports and communicate anticipated capacity needs to construction leadership.
  • Monitor project operating controls, including RFIs, submittals, change management, document control, logs, schedules, and closeout activities.
  • Support project startup requirements, systems, controls, and reporting in accordance with company policies, project requirements, and timelines.
  • Review project financial and risk indicators, identify variances, and escalate concerns to the appropriate construction leader.
  • Support project site and review meetings by preparing reporting, documenting action items, and tracking follow-up.
  • Coordinate construction training with Human Resources and support the development and delivery of training materials based on identified needs.
  • Maintain feedback loops with Preconstruction, Estimating, and Development to provide construction operations input during design, constructability, procurement, and project planning reviews.

Education & Experience• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
