SMS Equipment is looking for a Manager, Product Support & Sales to lead the BC Interior Product Support Sales Representative team, driving product support growth, sales performance, business planning, and employee development. Reporting to the General Manager, BC Interior, this role provides leadership, coaching, and strategic direction to support customer success, regional growth, and operational excellence.

Work Location: Kamloops, British Columbia. Salary: $110,000 to $125,000 per annum. Work Arrangement: Fixed on site, working from the office or customer site each day. Schedule: Monday to Friday.

What You'll Do:

Sales Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead and develop the BC Interior Product Support Sales Representative (PSSR) team, driving sales performance, customer satisfaction, and business growth.
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to support employee development and success.
  • Champion the effective use of the IMPACT sales process and related business planning tools.

Business Planning & Market Growth

  • Develop and oversee regional sales plans, territory strategies, and business objectives.
  • Identify growth opportunities, monitor market trends, and support forecasting activities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement sales initiatives that support regional and corporate goals.

Customer & Operational Excellence

  • Support key customer relationships and ensure a high standard of service across the region.
  • Analyze sales performance and recommend actions to improve profitability and market share.
  • Ensure consistent application of pricing strategies, policies, and business processes.

What You Bring:

The successful candidate brings 5 to 10 years of experience in the heavy equipment industry with a strong sales and marketing orientation, along with proven experience leading people. You are a collaborative leader who can influence others, drive business results, and build high-performing sales teams in a dynamic environment.
