Are you an experienced BMS Support Engineer looking for your next challenge?

We're looking for a skilled engineer within travelling distance of Dundee/Perth to join our Scotland Support Team, supporting a diverse range of customer sites across the region. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the UK's leading Building Management Systems specialists, working alongside a knowledgeable and supportive team with genuine opportunities for development and progression.

What You'll Do

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance on Building Management Systems in line with customer service agreements.
  • Diagnose faults and identify effective solutions to maintain system performance.
  • Undertake small repairs and remedial works.
  • Carry out routine inspections of BMS equipment to ensure optimal reliability and efficiency.
  • Respond to service and breakdown calls when required.
  • Produce clear and accurate service reports, documenting maintenance activities, repairs and customer interactions.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and build positive working relationships with clients.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you'll already have experience working within the Building Management Systems (BMS) industry and be comfortable working independently in a customer-facing environment.

You'll ideally have:

  • Experience with Trend and IQ Vision systems.
  • Exposure to Siemens and/or Tridium systems would be advantageous, although training can be provided.
  • A good understanding of mechanical plant and building services.
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly and professionally.
  • The ability to manage your workload effectively while working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good IT skills and confidence using service reporting systems.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Flexibility to participate in an on-call rota for emergency and out-of-hours support.
