Full description

We are looking for a Senior Angular Software Engineer to join our development team and help build, modernize, and enhance the web applications that power the Community Archives platform.

Community Archives is a document resale platform in the U.S., processing millions of orders and documents, with the mission of helping Management Companies provide resale documents for buyers and Title Companies.

We are a collaborative software development team, performing pair programming and code reviews daily. We follow the Scrum methodology, frequently holding Sprint Planning, Standups, and Backlog Refinements.

This is a remote job opportunity with occasional office visits, therefore we’re looking for candidates within DFW area.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Participate in pair programming to develop and troubleshoot solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and development standards.
  • Engage in Backlog Refinement to review, plan, and estimate upcoming work.
  • Participate in Sprint Planning and daily Standups to align priorities and identify blockers.
  • Demonstrate completed features during Sprint Reviews to team members and internal stakeholders.
  • Work with developers across teams and time zones to resolve technical challenges and support sprint goals.
  • Proactively identify technical issues, communicate blockers, and recommend effective solutions.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement and modernization of the Angular application, including future Angular upgrades.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional software development experience, with strong hands-on experience developing applications using Angular.
  • Experience working with monorepo architectures.
  • Experience with Nx or another monorepo tool is preferred.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in pair programming and distributed team environments.
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to demonstrate completed features to internal stakeholders.
  • Experience with AWS and deploying Angular applications is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
