Senior Expert Feature Leader – Android Systems (PO Role)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Expert Feature Leader to take ownership of Android-based Operator Environment Systems (OES). In this Product Owner (PO) role, you will lead feature development from concept through verification, ensuring customer requirements are translated into high-quality technical solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive feature strategy, and act as the technical authority within your domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and lifecycle management of Android/OES features.

• Define product requirements and verification methods for feature validation.

• Translate customer and business needs into measurable technical requirements.

• Develop and maintain feature verification and validation plans.

• Coordinate feature development across multiple projects and teams.

• Synchronize feature implementation across different products and platforms.

• Maintain and continuously improve feature knowledge for various brands, markets, and applications.

• Ensure customer feedback is reflected in feature design and testing methodologies.

• Drive feature roadmaps and contribute to long-term product strategy.

• Collaborate with global stakeholders and build strong cross-functional networks.

• Support innovation initiatives and contribute to future product development.

• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership within the organization.

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in product development, systems engineering, or feature leadership.

• Strong experience working as a Product Owner, Feature Leader, or Systems Engineer.

• Experience with Android-based embedded or automotive systems.

• Strong understanding of requirements engineering, verification, and validation processes.

• Experience translating customer requirements into technical specifications.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex feature development.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Experience working in Agile development environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in commercial vehicles, automotive, or embedded software development.

• Knowledge of feature lifecycle management and systems engineering principles.

• Experience with requirement management and verification tools.

• Familiarity with functional safety and automotive development processes is an advantage.

• Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
