We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy for complex product areas centered on privacy, responsibility, data ethics, and trust and safety. This role requires a strategic product marketer who can navigate policy driven environments, translate highly technical concepts into compelling narratives, and independently drive initiatives across Product, Policy, Legal, Communications, and Engineering teams.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience developing go to market strategies, positioning and messaging, and strategic frameworks for products operating in highly regulated or sensitive environments. This person will also use regulatory developments, competitive intelligence, and market insights to help influence product and marketing direction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go to market strategies for complex, policy driven product areas• Create clear and compelling positioning and messaging around privacy, responsibility, data practices, transparency, consent, and responsible AI• Translate complex technical and policy concepts for diverse audiences, including advertisers, developers, regulators, partners, and consumers• Independently lead cross functional marketing initiatives in partnership with Product, Policy, Legal, Communications, and Engineering• Establish near term marketing direction through strategic frameworks and roadmaps• Synthesize competitive intelligence, regulatory developments, and market insights to inform product direction and marketing strategy• Build alignment across teams, manage dependencies, and drive initiatives forward in environments with moderate ambiguity• Develop executive level presentations and strategic recommendations

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of product marketing experience• Background in privacy, responsibility, data ethics, or trust and safety• Demonstrated experience developing and executing go to market strategies for complex products• Experience positioning and messaging products within highly regulated or sensitive environments• Ability to translate technical privacy and responsibility concepts into clear audience appropriate narratives• Strong cross functional leadership experience across Product, Policy, Legal, Communications, and Engineering• Strategic thinker with experience creating frameworks and roadmaps to coordinate multiple workstreams• Strong ability to analyze regulatory changes, competitive intelligence, and market insights• Excellent stakeholder management and consensus building skills• Experience developing and presenting recommendations to executive audiences• BA or BS degree required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within the advertising or digital marketing ecosystem, particularly signal loss, measurement, or privacy enhancing technologies• Familiarity with global privacy regulations, including GDPR, CCPA, and the Digital Services Act• B2B product marketing experience targeting advertisers or partners around data use, transparency, and responsible practices• Experience proactively bringing together teams with adjacent or overlapping responsibilities• Crisis communications or reputation management experience related to privacy or trust issues• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve marketing efficiency and scale output
