Full description

We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager with strong Product Management skills to join a small, early-stage fintech environment. This is not a meeting-coordination or Jira-administration role. You will work directly with the CTO, engineering team, and business stakeholders to turn incomplete business ideas into clear product requirements, user flows, wireframes, prioritized backlogs, and executable delivery plans. Responsibilities

  • Turn vague or incomplete business requests into clear requirements, user flows, low-fidelity wireframes, user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog items, and delivery plans.
  • Own backlog refinement and prioritization based on business value, urgency, risk, dependencies, and engineering effort.
  • Plan and coordinate sprints and releases while managing scope, blockers, risks, dependencies, and changing requirements.
  • Work closely with the CTO, engineers, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements, resolve product and technical tradeoffs, make practical decisions, and keep key changes documented.
  • Strong software Project Management experience with hands-on Product Management or Business Analysis skills, including requirements discovery, prioritization, user stories, acceptance criteria, backlogs, sprints, dependencies, and releases.
  • Proven ability to turn vague business ideas into clear requirements, user flows, low-fidelity wireframes, and executable plans using Figma, Balsamiq, Miro, FigJam, Whimsical, or similar.
  • Comfortable working directly with CTOs and engineers, discussing technical constraints, challenging assumptions, and making product decisions in a fast-changing early-stage environment.
  • Strong written and spoken English; stable employment history, typically 2–3+ years per company, or credible explanations for shorter engagements.
  • Fintech, payments, banking, B2B SaaS, financial operations, or other regulated-industry experience is strongly preferred.
