Fisher Dynamics is currently seeking a Business Intelligence Associate to join our Corporate IT Department, at our global headquarters in Saint Clair Shores, MI. This position is responsible for supporting the company’s data-driven decision-making by developing reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions. This role will partner with business units to understand requirements, transform data into insights, and contribute to ongoing improvements in data strategy and reporting practices
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using company-approved tools.
- Support data extraction and transformation to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Analyze business performance metrics and deliver actionable insights to management.
- Collaborate with engineering and business teams to ensure accurate, secure, and scalable data reporting systems.
- Document BI processes, definitions, and reporting standards.
- Stay current with emerging trends in data science, AI, and business intelligence to support innovation within the company.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in AI/Computer Science from an accredited institution.
Experience
0-1 years of professional experience in business intelligence, data analytics, IT analysis, or a related role OR strong internship/co‑op/academic project experience.
Skills
Understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).
Strong SQL skills for data querying, validation, and analysis.
Familiarity with Excel for data analysis, reporting, and validation.
Exposure to cloud data platforms and modern analytics environments (Azure, AWS, or similar preferred).
Basic knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their application in analytics is a plus.
