AI Security Engineer – Agentic AI, AI Hubs & Use Cases
We are looking for an AI Security Engineer to join a central AI team and ensure that AI use cases, agents, and supporting platform components are built and operated securely by design.
Responsibilities
- Embed security by design across AI use cases, agents, and platform integrations.
- Implement controls covering access, secrets, logging, monitoring, sandboxing, tool and API restrictions, and external integrations.
- Translate security policies and architecture into practical controls and reusable patterns.
- Prepare security-gate evidence and drive remediation of identified risks.
- Address AI-specific risks including prompt injection, data leakage, insecure tool use, excessive permissions, and weak auditability.
- Support secure implementation of external AI vendors, models, orchestration components, and APIs.
- Strengthen AI incident readiness through detection, logging, response scenarios, playbooks, and exercises.
- Collaborate closely with AI, platform, security, SOC, and data protection teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in IT and Cyber Security.
- Experience in transformation, digital, or platform environments.
- Strong technical grounding in Cloud Security, IAM, Application Security, and Secure SDLC.
- Working knowledge of AI/ML and Agentic AI security.
- Familiarity with OWASP LLM Top 10, MITRE ATLAS, and NIST AI RMF.
- Experience with threat modelling, risk assessment, and security architecture.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Pragmatic, outcome-driven approach.
- Fluent English.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a multi-country/federated environment.
- Exposure to LLM and agent platforms such as Azure AI, Anthropic, OpenAI, Vertex, or LangChain.
- Experience with MLOps tooling.
- CISSP, CISM, or equivalent.
- Experience with AI red-teaming exercises.
