Evaluates business value, feasibility, and internal and/or external user needs of products/features, ensuring alignment with Oracle's goals and strategies. Engages customers, non-customers, and partners to obtain market information and discover opportunities for a feature or multiple features. Identifies and solves customer needs, develops problem statements, and validates solutions. Owns the product development and road mapping processes for multiple small-scope products/features, ensuring alignment with business objectives and prioritizing features. Acts as an innovation leader for a small-scope product/feature, influencing strategy and driving new feature development. Ensures cross-functional alignment within the organization, partners with others to drive business impact, and tracks success metrics criteria and performance metrics (e.g., OKRs, KPIs) for multiple small-scope products/features. Advocates for customers and resolves customer issues throughout the product lifecycle, beginning to anticipate their needs. Gathers feedback and aligns product capabilities with customers' business goals. Contributes to go-to-market efforts by developing release materials, recruiting and supporting early adopters, and tracking adoption metrics to identify trends and patterns in user behavior.
