POSITION DETAILS

Aim of this role is to support the Digital Learning team. It requires a creative professional with strong visual design sensibilities and hands-on experience in developing engaging, learner-centric digital assets for corporate learning programs. The ideal candidate will have worked in a consulting or client-driven environment, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, adhere to brand guidelines, and deliver high-quality learning visuals within tight timelines.

- Learning Design & Visual Content Creation
- Design visually compelling learning assets such as presentations, e-learning modules, videos, job aids, infographics, and digital collaterals aligned with instructional objectives.
- Collaborate closely with Instructional Designers, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), etc. to translate complex content into intuitive and engaging visual formats.
- Develop and enhance digital learnings, layouts, templates, and visual themes for instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning programs.
- ≥ 85% on‑time delivery.
- E-learning & Multimedia Development
- Create and edit interactive learning modules using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise (RISE), and Camtasia.
- Design explainer videos, scenarios, motion graphics, and animations using Vyond, Synthesia, Adobe Creative Suite and other multimedia tools.
- Enhance learner engagement by applying principles of visual storytelling and adult learning design.
- ≥ 85% of assets are developed using defined frameworks.
- ≥ 85% on‑time delivery.
- Brand & Quality Management
- Ensure all learning materials adhere to corporate branding, accessibility standards, and visual design guidelines.
- Maintain consistency across learning assets while customizing content for different programs and audiences.
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, visual clarity, and technical compatibility across platforms.
- ≥ 80% of curated media assets rated “useful” by the content team.
- Stakeholder & Project Collaboration
- Work effectively in a consulting-style environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, incorporate feedback, and deliver design solutions within agreed timelines.
- Support continuous improvement by recommending new design approaches, tools, and best practices for learning visuals.
- ≥ 85% adherence to program calendar launch milestones.

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Additional certification in Learning Technologies or Project Management is a plus.
Relevant Industry/Sector Experience
- 6–8 years of professional experience in graphic design, with significant exposure to training, learning, or instructional design projects.
- Proven experience working in a consulting, professional services, or client-facing environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing learning-focused design work (e-learning modules, videos, presentations, infographics, etc.).
- Experience designing for global audiences with cultural and accessibility considerations.
- Basic understanding of SCORM/xAPI and LMS publishing standards.
- Ability to contribute to design standards and playbooks.
Technical Competencies
- Adobe Creative Cloud / Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro preferred).

- Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint for advanced presentation design.
Design & Learning Skills
