Senior Flutter Developer

What You'll Do:

We are looking for a skilled Flutter Developer to join our team to design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications to ensure top-tier availability and performance. They will contribute to all phases of the product development lifecycle and write well-designed, testable, and efficient code.

What You Will Work On -

• Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications using the Flutter framework.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

• Architect, build and maintain reusable components and libraries for future use.

• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximise development efficiency.

• Stay up-to-date with Flutter and Dart development trends and best practices.

• Mentor junior developers and assist in code reviews.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to improve our products and processes.

Requirements

The skills and qualifications you'll need-

Technical Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Flutter and mobile app development.

• Foundational understanding of AI/ML concepts and experience integrating AI-powered services.

• Strong proficiency in Flutter framework and Dart programming language.

• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.

• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.

• Experience in developing web applications and PWAs with Flutter is considered beneficial.

• Experience with Agile methodologies.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with version control systems such as Git is a plus.

• Knowledge of Android and iOS would be an added benefit.

Soft Skills:

• Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills. Conveys effectively to customers, team, and team leaders to yield desired results.

• Time Management & Prioritising: Builds the time plan for self and team to deal with multiple and complex tasks.
