Key Responsibilities
- Lead productivity improvement initiatives across laboratory operations.
- Identify bottlenecks impacting equipment utilization and operational efficiency.
- Develop laboratory productivity KPIs and performance dashboards.
- Analyze different metrics like lab utilization time, particle performance etc
- Drive continuous improvement programs using Lean methodologies.
- Standardize operational workflows across laboratories.
- Develop efficient operating procedures and best practices.
- Support implementation of digital workflows to increase operational efficiency.
- Consumables / Logistics management
- Provide timely updates for lab operations milestones / critical updates
- Drive implementation of productivity tools and workflow automation initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting and operational tracking activities.
- Partner with IT teams to deploy operational systems and dashboards.
- Leverage Power BI, Power Automate, and AI-based productivity solutions.
- Lead cross-functional operational improvement projects.
- Manage project plans, schedules, risks, and stakeholder communications.
- Track benefits realization and productivity gains.
- Support strategic planning and operational readiness programs.
- Create standard work procedures.
- Develop operational playbooks.
- Maintain process documentation and training materials.
- Support certification and competency development programs.
