Role, Function & Organization
PPC is seeking a Senior AI Product Manager to lead product strategy, adoption, lifecycle management, and value realization for enterprise AI and technology products across a growing family of companies.
Reporting to the Director, AI Strategy and Enablement, this role will translate AI priorities and business needs into product roadmaps, requirements, adoption plans, and measurable outcomes for both internally developed AI capabilities and third-party platforms.
Initial focus areas include Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI-enabled agents, intelligent automation, enterprise search, knowledge readiness, adoption insights, value realization, enablement reporting, and continuous improvement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmaps:
Lead product strategy, roadmaps, priorities, and lifecycle planning for assigned AI and enterprise technology products
Product Ownership & Delivery:
Translate business needs into product requirements, user stories, prioritized backlogs, launch plans, adoption plans, and measurable outcomes
Adoption & Value Realization:
Drive adoption, communication, enablement, product KPIs, user feedback, and value-realization practices that support sustained business impact
Platform & Partner Management:
Partner with AI Strategy and Enablement, IT, cybersecurity, architects, vendors, delivery teams, business stakeholders, and users to evaluate, launch, improve, and scale AI-enabled products.
Safety/Hazard Recognition & Elimination:
- Pre-plan and identify the methods to eliminate hazards daily by work task.
- Execute skill in observing habits and hazards of others and bringing it to their attention.
- Uphold safety as the most important goal of our company. Support goal of achieving zero accidents.
- Promote and encourage open communication between field and office regarding all safety concerns, suggestions, improvements, and PPE needed.
- Obtain safety training as expected by all company personnel.
Financial
LIMITS OF AUTHORITY: Financial limits of authority for bidding, contracts, change orders, and lien waivers may be viewed by the incumbent on the “Levels of Authority” document located on the Company F drive. It is the employee’s responsibility to stay current on these limits of authority.
Required Qualifications
- Experience and education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Product Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience; 10+ years of software product management, product ownership, enterprise product management, or digital product leadership experience; and experience working in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery environments.
- AI product experience: 3+ years of recent experience delivering AI-enabled products, platforms, or solutions in a medium to large organization, including AI assistants, agents, RAG, intelligent automation, enterprise search, knowledge-enabled solutions, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, or similar enterprise AI platforms.
- Product strategy and delivery: Experience translating business needs into product strategies, roadmaps, requirements, user stories, backlogs, success measures, launch plans, pilots, experiments, or proof-of-concepts that validate user needs, business value, feasibility, and adoption potential.
- Platform, vendor, and lifecycle management: Experience managing AI-enabled products, SaaS platforms, or internally developed software products in production, including adoption, product metrics, user feedback, enhancement prioritization, release planning, lifecycle management, cost considerations, vendor roadmap review, product evaluation, and buy-versus-build recommendations.
- Business partnership and leadership: Ability to partner with business stakeholders, architects, developers, IT, cybersecurity, vendors, and delivery partners while communicating clearly with non-technical audiences and working credibly with technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience applying product management, adoption, governance, and value-realization practices to commercial AI solutions.
- Experience supporting AI governance, responsible AI, intake, evaluation, prioritization, or risk-review processes.
- Experience establishing product management standards, product ownership practices, lifecycle models, or operating disciplines within a technology organization.
- Experience in construction, infrastructure services, industrial services, field operations, or similarly distributed business environments.
Physical Requirements
Office environment, requiring sitting and standing and extended amounts of time using a computer/keyboard at a single workstation.
