The Product Designer role builds key lines through innovative design, targeted development, and strong leadership. They are responsible for the development of product from ideation and concept rendering to prototype and mass production. This individual is proactive, level-headed, highly organized, can work collaboratively or independently with minimal supervision. They work in partnership with teams across the company and play a critical role in shaping new talent.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide hands-on design and product development support across the lifecycle of assigned projects.
- Support the creation of detailed product specifications, digital renderings, and presentation materials while adhering to established timelines and production goals.
- Work closely with Designers, Merchandising, Sourcing, Packaging, and Graphics teams to help bring products from concept through execution, ensuring accuracy, organization, and consistency throughout the process.
- Assist with preparing products for presentation, photo shoots, trade shows, and shipment, while also tracking competitive offerings and researching market trends to support informed design decisions.
The expected salary range for this position is $55,000 to $65,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other factors permitted by law.

Qualifications
A successful Product Designer will demonstrate the following:
- At least 5 years of experience in product design, product development, or a related creative field
- Degree in Design, Art, Fashion, or related field is a plus
- Foundational understanding of design principles, color theory, and Adobe Creative Suite,
- Basic understanding of product or technical design
- Ability to communicate ideas via sketch, digital rendering
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
- Able to adhere to timelines and production goals
- Takes constructive feedback and strives for improvement
- Experience in décor, giftware, gourmet food or floral
- Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
