We are looking for a Cyber Security Administrator / Network Security Engineer to support secure and compliant network infrastructure for state agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and troubleshoot Palo Alto and Cisco ASA firewalls
- Manage firewall rules, NAT, zones, and Site-to-Site VPNs
- Handle firewall service requests, tickets, and change requests
- Troubleshoot network/security issues
- Support firewall hardware refresh and EOL replacement
- Maintain security controls for IRS, FBI, and CJIS/CJI compliance
- Participate in on-call and after-hours maintenance
Required Skills:
- Hands-on Palo Alto Firewall experience
- Hands-on Cisco ASA experience
- Strong networking fundamentals: routing, subnetting, OSI/TCP-IP
- Experience with NAT, VPN, firewall policies, and troubleshooting
Additional Requirement: Must be able to pass criminal, financial background checks and drug screening.
