We are looking for an experienced Senior UX Designer who thrives in complex environments and can translate ambiguous challenges into intuitive, human-centered experiences. This role requires a strong combination of UX design, design research, systems thinking, service design, and stakeholder collaboration.
You will help shape both employee-facing tools and customer-facing digital experiences, bringing clarity to complex problems and creating thoughtful solutions that deliver meaningful business and user outcomes.
Key Responsibilities• Design intuitive employee tools and customer-facing digital experiences across multiple touchpoints.
- Conduct user research and synthesize insights from customers, employees, frontline teams, and other stakeholders.
- Translate complex and ambiguous challenges into clear user journeys, service blueprints, frameworks, and design solutions.
- Develop concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate and validate ideas.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate solutions based on user feedback, research, and real-world insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across operations, product, technology, business, and leadership.
- Contribute to product roadmaps, service strategies, internal tools, and experience initiatives through a strong design perspective.
- Facilitate Design Thinking workshops, ideation sessions, and collaborative problem-solving exercises.
- Create compelling presentations that clearly communicate design thinking, rationale, recommendations, and outcomes.
- Ensure consistency, usability, and quality across employee and customer experiences.
- Identify opportunities to simplify complex workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Apply AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance design research, ideation, prototyping, and experience development.
- Advocate for human-centered design principles and help build stronger design practices across teams.
What Makes You a Great Fit• 6+ years of experience in UX design, product design, design research, service design, systems thinking, or a related discipline.
- Strong experience designing end-to-end digital experiences across complex products, services, or operational environments.
- Excellent ability to work with ambiguity and bring structure, clarity, and direction to complex problems.
- Strong understanding of user research, journey mapping, service design, prototyping, usability testing, and human-centered design.
- Proficiency with Figma and modern UX/design tools.
- Ability to think both strategically and tactically, moving from the end-to-end experience to detailed interaction and interface design.
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect user insights, business objectives, and system constraints.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience facilitating Design Thinking workshops and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong stakeholder-management skills and the ability to align diverse teams around a shared vision.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in UX and product design to enhance creativity, research, ideation, and productivity.
- Comfortable engaging directly with customers, frontline employees, business teams, and senior leadership.
- Experience working in the automotive industry or other complex, service-driven environments is an advantage.
- Familiarity with internal tools, employee workflows, and operational systems is a plus.
