About the Role
Feazel is looking for an experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager to lead flat roofing projects from planning through completion. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with strong project leadership, overseeing crews, budgets, and quality control to ensure every job is delivered safely, on time, and to spec.
What You'll Do
Technical Execution
- Apply expert knowledge of flat roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC, and modified bitumen
- Oversee heat-welding and membrane seaming to guarantee long-term watertight performance
- Manage flashing, penetration detailing, and waterproofing around HVAC units, drains, vents, and parapet walls
- Direct drainage design, tapered insulation systems, and positive water-flow management
- Champion job site safety, including OSHA compliance and fall protection standards
Project Leadership
- Manage project schedules, coordinate crews, and oversee material logistics, adjusting for weather and site conditions
- Lead quality-control efforts including inspections, leak diagnostics, and final project verification
- Serve as the primary point of contact for field teams, subcontractors, and general contractors
- Own budgeting, cost estimating, labor planning, and overall project financial performance
