In this role, you will ensure the continuity of critical initiatives and drive the core elements of our B2B service but foremost you will be at the front of creating new product components especially within the procurement management (including the multi-user framework solutions).

Following our recently created B2B Product Vision, you will play a crucial role in building next-generation solutions, improving the value proposition for both our Buyers and Partners, and directly impacting business shopping satisfaction. If you want to solve real user pain points and you know you will shine in managing complex cross-functional dependencies in a fast-paced environment, this is the place for you!

This is the right job for you if you:

  • Have proven experience as a Product Manager.
  • Can see the product through the eyes of the clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of the complex needs of business Buyers and Partners.
  • Possess strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills, with the capacity to handle dependencies across other product areas.
  • Are excellent at translating complex user pain points (such as changing buying intents or fragmented purchasing processes involving multiple users) into clear, actionable product requirements.
  • Show strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to align objectives across different teams.
  • Have "AI-native" approach represented by the skillful use of GenAI and advanced prompting to accelerate user research, synthesize customer feedback, and optimize the product discovery phase
  • Know English at a minimum B2 level.

In your daily work you will handle the following tasks:

  • Shape and execute the product roadmap for the B2B service area in line with the new B2B Product Vision.
  • Design and deliver solutions allowing enterprise users to build organizational structures and collaborate effectively within a fragmented purchasing process (including adding other users to the structure).
  • Manage and optimize core platform features, including order invoices, invoice addresses, and procurement management frameworks.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize the product backlog and ensure work is aligned with strategic goals.
  • Map and mitigate risks and dependencies across other product domains, specifically aligning with consumer experience teams.

What's in it for you:

  • Flexible working hours in the hybrid model (4/1) - working hours start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. We also have 30 days of occasional remote work.
  • Well-located offices (with e.g. fully equipped kitchens, bicycle parking, terraces full of greenery) and excellent work tools (e.g., raised desks, ergonomic chairs, interactive conference rooms).
  • A 16" or 14" MacBook Pro or corresponding Dell with Windows (if you don't like Macs) and all the necessary accessories.
  • A wide selection of fringe benefits in a cafeteria plan - you choose what you like (e.g., medical, sports or lunch packages, insurance, purchase vouchers).
  • English classes that we pay for related to the specific nature of your job.
  • A training budget, inter-team tourism, hackathons, and an internal learning platform where you will find multiple trainings.
  • An additional day off for volunteering, which you can use alone, with a team, or with a larger group of people connected by a common goal.
  • Social events for Allegro people - Spin Kilometers, Family Day, Fat Thursday, Advent of Code, and many other occasions we enjoy.

And that's just the beginning! You can read more about the benefits here.
