Job Summary Synechron is seeking an experienced Java Developer to design, build, test, and maintain robust Java applications. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet business needs, emphasizes clean, maintainable code, and stays current with Java advancements. The position contributes to reliable backend services, data management, and integration efforts that support business objectives.

Software Requirements  

Essential

  • Proficiency in Java programming language
  • Knowledge of Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and Struts
  • Familiarity with Java development tools such as Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA, and NetBeans
  • Knowledge of databases such as MySQL, Oracle, and SQL Server

Preferred

  • Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, and modern Java EE patterns
  • RESTful API design and microservices
  • Build tools and version control (e.g., Maven/Gradle, Git)
  • Experience with performance tuning, data modeling, and database optimization
