Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert on TeamViewer's IT and DEX portfolio, delivering compelling demos, workshops, and presentations that communicate technical and business value to technical and executive audiences.
- Lead discovery sessions and design tailored solutions, proposals, SOWs, and technical documentation that align TeamViewer capabilities with customer needs and objectives.
- Drive POCs, POVs, and pilot engagements by providing hands-on technical guidance, validating solution effectiveness, analyzing outcomes, and presenting recommendations.
- Partner with Sales throughout the customer lifecycle, supporting RFx responses and collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure customer success and influence future product innovation.
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive solutions within the enterprise IT and DEX landscape.
Preferred Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Pre-Sales, Enterprise IT Consulting, or a related customer-facing technical role.
- Strong expertise in enterprise IT environments, endpoint and device management, remote connectivity, DEX platforms, and SaaS technologies including RMM, ITSM, Asset Management, and Observability solutions.
- Hands-on experience with APIs, scripting, virtualization, cloud technologies, and security best practices.
- Proven ability to engage stakeholders from IT practitioners to C-level executives, translating complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, documentation, and relationship-building skills, with a collaborative, self-driven approach and willingness to travel up to 30%.
