Salary: $75,000 – $100,000 (DOE)

Our client, a growing architecture and project management firm specializing in retail rollout programs, is seeking a Korean bilingual Project Manager to oversee retail construction projects throughout California.
This is a fully remote position with regular travel throughout the assigned territory for site visits, project meetings, and construction inspections. The Project Manager will work closely with clients, architects, consultants, landlords, and general contractors to ensure projects are delivered successfully from pre-construction through completion.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple retail construction projects from design through completion.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, landlords, and general contractors.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress.
- Attend project meetings with clients and project stakeholders.
- Review RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and project documentation.
- Track schedules, milestones, and outstanding action items.
- Prepare meeting minutes and progress reports.
- Participate in weekly client Zoom meetings.
- Assist with permit coordination and project documentation.
- Ensure successful project delivery while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
3–8 years of experience in:
- Construction Project Management
- Retail Construction
- Commercial Construction
- Architecture
- Commercial Interior Fit-Out
- Tenant Improvement (TI) Projects
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Willingness to travel throughout California.
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Experience with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Procore, or similar project management software is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
This position regularly communicates with both U.S.-based project teams and Korea-based clients.
