Project Role : Data Engineer Project Role Description : Design, develop and maintain data solutions for data generation, collection, and processing. Create data pipelines, ensure data quality, and implement ETL (extract, transform and load) processes to migrate and deploy data across systems. Summary: In the role of Data Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and maintaining comprehensive data solutions that support data generation, collection, and processing activities. The position requires creating and managing data pipelines to facilitate smooth data flow and ensuring the integrity and quality of data throughout its lifecycle. The role also includes implementing extract, transform, and load processes to efficiently migrate and deploy data across various systems, collaborating with different teams to align data strategies with organizational goals, and continuously optimizing data workflows to support business needs.
Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and resolve data-related challenges, ensuring seamless integration and performance. - Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth. - Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to align data engineering efforts with broader project objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agent Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language), Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic Design. - Strong understanding of data pipeline architecture and data integration techniques. - Experience in designing and implementing ETL processes to support data migration and transformation. - Familiarity with data quality assurance methods and tools to maintain data accuracy and consistency. - Ability to work with large datasets and optimize data workflows for performance and scalability.
Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Agent Development. - This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location. - A 15 years full time education is required.
