• React next.js Development Expertise: Strong proficiency in react next.js

• Azure DevOps Skills: Experience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines.

• Project Management: Ability to manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to meet business goals.

• Cross-Team Collaboration.

• Team Leadership: Manage and guide a growing team of junior developers, providing mentorship and fostering skill development.

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Problem-Solving: Excellent debugging/troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Advanced skills in Git, including expertise in branching strategies, repository structuring, and best practices.
