As an Acceleration Center - Data Engineer - Senior Associate, you will leverage advanced analytical techniques to extract insights from large datasets and drive data-driven decision-making. Within our Tax practice, you will focus on utilizing your skills in data manipulation, visualization, and statistical modeling to support clients in solving complex business problems. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections, learning how to manage and inspire others while navigating increasingly complex situations. You will grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills, anticipating the needs of your teams and clients to deliver quality work.

Responsibilities
- Analyzing complex datasets to extract actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making - Developing and implementing data models and algorithms to optimize business operations - Utilizing tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, and Tableau for data visualization and dashboard creation - Building and maintaining data pipelines to validate data integrity and quality - Conducting exploratory data analysis to identify trends and patterns in large datasets - Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements - Leveraging statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques to forecast business outcomes - Supporting the development of data-driven strategies to enhance client operations and achieve strategic goals - Integrating data from various sources to create comprehensive data warehouses and support analytics initiatives - Mentoring junior team members in data analysis techniques and methodologies
What You Must Have
- Bachelor degree - At least 2 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Engineering, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer and Information Science, Economics, Finance - At least one of the following: A Certification in databases (Databricks, MS SQL), visualization tools (Power BI), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), or predictive modeling/ML (Python, SAS) - Utilizing advanced data analysis techniques for complex problem-solving - Demonstrating proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau - Leveraging machine learning for predictive analytics and insights - Excelling in data integration and data quality improvement plans - Navigating complex data environments with analytical thinking skills
