LX Project Manager | Location: Canada (Remote) | Full-Time
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized LX Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of learning experience and business transformation projects. This role is responsible for managing projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery aligns with scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards while providing an exceptional client experience.
As the primary day-to-day client contact, you will collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to drive project success, proactively manage risks, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from initiation through closure in alignment with PMO lifecycle standards, including kick-off, planning, execution, reporting, retrospectives, and project closeout.
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring clear communication, stakeholder engagement, and overall client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocation plans, and delivery milestones.
- Apply approved AI-enabled tools and digital solutions to improve project planning, reporting, operational efficiency, and overall delivery effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and artifacts within approved systems, including SharePoint as the source of truth.
- Manage project financials, including budget tracking, forecasting, invoicing schedules, and financial reporting.
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies while ensuring proper escalation and change control processes.
- Produce high-quality status reports, executive updates, and project documentation for clients and leadership teams.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and contractual requirements.
- Facilitate lessons learned sessions and retrospectives to support continuous improvement.
- Effectively manage multiple concurrent projects within a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to support long-term partnerships and repeat business.
Qualifications
Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Learning & Development, Education, Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience managing end-to-end project delivery.
- Experience working with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
- Proven success managing client-facing projects in complex and fast-changing environments.
- Experience managing project budgets, forecasts, resource plans, and schedules.

Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent project management certification.
- Experience within Learning & Development, Learning Experience (LX), Digital Learning, or Consulting environments.
- Familiarity with instructional design, learning technologies, or learning transformation projects.
