Consultant (Business Analyst) (1) Requirement Gathering & Mapping: Documenting workflows and preparing Business/Functional Requirements Documents (BRD/FRD) to integrate digital education tools and student tracking systems.

(2) Data Analytics & Visualization: Tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like enrolment, dropout reductions.

(3) System Monitoring: Managing state-wide educational portals (e.g., Education Portal 3.0) to ensure seamless integration of school data, teacher performance, and attendance.

(4) NEP 2020 Alignment: Translating National Education Policy (NEP) goals---such as vocational skill training and digital initiatives - into actionable tech projects.

  • Batchelor's

degree in Computer Science from any recognise university.

  • Masters in Business Administration

Experience: Min 5 years experience as Business Analyst.

Age of the candidate should not be more than 50 years as on 01/01/2026.
