Description

Job Overview

As a Project Manager at C Squared Social, you will bridge the gap between client-facing strategy and internal creative and development execution. This role is responsible for organizing deliverables, communicating timelines, coordinating feedback, and ensuring alignment across creative, strategy, and account teams.

You will work closely with Account Managers, Strategists, Designers, and Developers to ensure every client project or onboard is executed on time and on brand. You’ll manage timelines and assign deliverables in monday.com, and serve as the primary liaison between the design or dev teams and other departments.

This role can be fast-paced and is essential for establishing scalable project management processes across departments while maintaining high-quality standards for creative and development work.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all creative and development project timelines, deliverables, and internal workflow questions
  • Participate in project kickoffs, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned before any timelines are committed
  • Use monday.com to track, manage, and update all deliverables and internal review processes
  • Work cross-functionally to gather creative and development requests, clarify expectations, and relay direction to the creative team
  • Attend all relevant client meetings and be copied on communications to capture deliverable feedback and changes
  • Serve as the gatekeeper for feedback, requests, and timeline adjustments for efficiency
  • Facilitate internal reviews and communicate client feedback to internal teams
  • Ensure creative and setup requests align with the approved brief and scope
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Education:

  • Degree or equivalent work experience
