The Enterprise CRM Solutions (eCRMs) team was created in 2024 as part of the company’s Framework for Winning. Core to our purpose is reimagining the platform solution-delivery model to dramatically improve our strategic agility, speed to market, effectiveness of delivery and transparency. The Enterprise CRM Solutions (eCRMs) team creates solutions for the Sales and Customer Domains via respective platforms by harnessing the power of Data, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence to offer powerful selling and re-selling engines to acquire new clients and expand existing client relationships for Sales, Account Development, and Marketers across the Enterprise.

We are looking for Senior Manager, Digital Product Strategy to partner closely with Product, UX, Business Architecture, Data/AI, Technology, and Line of Business stakeholders to shape the future of the Sales technology experience. The role will be responsible for developing product strategy, conducting research, identifying and validating future capabilities, and translating insights into actionable product roadmaps and investment recommendations. This role will report to the Director of Product Management of the Sales Product Strategy team. This role will be critical in ensuring we are proactively identifying what to build next, validating the highest-value opportunities before investing, and aligning our product roadmap to the long-term Sales transformation vision.

Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve the enterprise Sales product strategy and multi-year roadmap, translating business priorities, seller needs, and technology trends into clear product direction.
  • Lead research into seller needs, user feedback, business context, external trends, and industry best practices to identify and prioritize future opportunities.
  • Translate strategic opportunities into concrete capabilities, hypotheses, prototypes, and test kitchens to validate value before scaling investment.
  • Partner with Product, UX, Business Architecture, Data/AI, Engineering, and LOB stakeholders to design future-state experiences across the Sales journey.
  • Develop recommendations on what to build, scale, reuse, integrate, simplify, or retire, balancing business value, user impact, feasibility, and enterprise reuse.
  • Connect strategy to annual planning, investment decisions, and product roadmaps, ensuring near-term priorities advance the longer-term Sales transformation vision.
  • Define success measures and use adoption, user feedback, productivity, conversion, and other business outcomes to evaluate and refine product strategy.
  • Develop compelling executive narratives and facilitate strategy discussions with senior Product, Technology, and business leaders.
  • Establish repeatable Product Strategy practices and mentor colleagues in research, strategic thinking, experimentation, and outcome-based product development.
  • Mentor and develop colleagues while helping strengthen product strategy capabilities, frameworks, and ways of working across the organization.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of professional experience, with significant experience in product strategy, product management, digital strategy, management consulting, innovation, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree such as an MBA or relevant master’s degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, business cases, and investment recommendations in a complex organization.
  • Experience conducting customer/user research and translating insights into product opportunities and strategic recommendations.
  • Experience with product discovery, prototyping, experimentation, or test-and-learn approaches strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn ambiguous questions into clear recommendations.
  • Exceptional executive communication, storytelling, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Experience working across Product, Technology, UX/Design, Data/AI, and business teams in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Experience with CRM, B2B Sales technology, Salesforce, AI/GenAI, or sales transformation preferred.
  • Financial services, payments, or other highly regulated industry experience preferred.
