About the Role
We are looking for Python-based automation frameworks for integration and system testing. The role involves owning build, integration, and release activities, setting up CI/CD pipelines, and leading a small team of up to 3 engineers.
What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain Python-based automation frameworks for integration and system testing.
- Build AI/ML-based solutions to improve test automation, defect detection, log analysis, and test result prediction.
- Develop scripts to automate data collection, log parsing, and test reporting.
- Analyze vehicle logs and test data to identify failures, trends, and root causes.
- Integrate test automation with CI/CD pipelines and test management tools.
- Work closely with software developers, test engineers, and system architects to improve test coverage and quality.
- Support validation of automotive software across embedded, Android, Linux, and cloud-connected systems.
- Prepare technical documentation and maintain automation scripts and ML models.
What Makes You Eligible
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience with Python automation frameworks such as PyTest, Robot Framework, or unittest.
- Good knowledge of Machine Learning concepts and hands-on experience with libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Experience with data analysis using Pandas and NumPy.
- Experience in log analysis, data visualization, and report generation.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, XML, and scripting.
- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Experience in automotive software testing or integration testing.
- Familiarity with Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) and ISO 26262.
- Experience with Generative AI or Large Language Models (LLMs) for test automation or intelligent log analysis is an added advantage.
